Ballotfy, Inc. (“Ballotfy”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) offers a simple candidate information advertising platform. It facilitates research of various political races and various candidates.

Any Candidate running for Office in Monroe County can sign up for our services to be featured on Ballotfy, including the website www.ballotfy.com , facebook group and instagram account.

Ballotfy administrator reserves the rights to refuse any content video or not that does not follow our guidelines:

#1 – Only the site administrator will post content into the Ballotfy platform.

#2 – The only content that can be posted is content that specifically talks about the candidate and or the specific rage without mentioning the opponents or any other race.

#3 – The only content that can be posted is content that does not say anything negative about a particular race or city or candidate or overall political opinion about something that is not specific to the candidate offering the information.

All information contained on Ballotfy’s website, including www.ballotfy.com , facebook group , and instagram account are just an advertisement  pieces paid by the candidates and they do not reflect our views nor endorsement of any specific candidate.

This PrivacyPolicy also describes the privacy practices of Ballotfy, and how we handle personal information 

#4 – We do not collect any information on website users, unless specifically request via email newsletter or initiation for join Ballotfy’s facebook group. 

#5 – we do not share or sell any specific information from website users with any third parties, and only have access to visitor analytics and traffic that have limited information.

#6 – Any website user, use the website at their own choice. Users choose what they want to watch on the website and  can watch anything that is posted in the facebook group.

    • Advertising partners. Third party advertising companies, including for the interest-based advertising purposes described above, which may collect information on the Website through cookies and other automated technologies.

You may opt out of marketing-related emails and other communications by following the opt-out or unsubscribe instructions in any marketing communications you receive from us or by contacting us as provided in the “How to Contact Us” section below. You may continue to receive service-related and other non-marketing emails.
    Administrators may use our tools to send electronic communications to those on their Eligible Voter Lists. Although these electronic communications are sent through our system, Ballotfy does not determine the content or the recipients of these electronic communications. Ballotfy provides an “Unsubscribe” link on emails, which allows recipients to “opt out” of electronic communications from the particular Administrator for a particular vote. Voters can also communicate with the Administrator directly or Ballotfy to remove themselves from the vote communications.
    Online tracking opt-out. You can opt out of third-party cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.
    Personal information requests. We also offer you choices that affect how we handle the personal information that we control. Depending on your location and the nature of your interactions with our Services, you may request the following in relation to personal information:
    • Information about how we have collected and used personal information. We have made this information available to you without having to request it by including it in this Privacy Policy.
    • Access to a copy of the personal information that we have collected about you. Where applicable, we will provide the information in a portable, machine-readable, readily usable format.
